🚚 Delivery Information
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
- Next-Day Delivery: Available at checkout on orders placed before 1 PM
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 PM on the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day.
We typically use Evri and Royal Mail as our couriers.

International Shipping
We currently ship across the UK. For large or international bulk orders, please contact our team at info@glovex.co.uk to arrange a custom shipping quote.

Our Returns Policy
- You can return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at info@glovex.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will send you return instructions and a return reference number.
- Pack the items securely and send them back to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 3–5 business days to appear after processing.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
